This oblong has leafy streets and parks at both ends of the street. Location matters and this is a great one. Gold!
IT’S A 358SQM COTTAGE LOT, IS IT STRATA TITLED?
No it’s not. It’s “Green Title” as they used to and still do say. Ordinary title as it’s actually called. Not a strata property as I’m trying to say. Your own thing is what it basically means.
